Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- 80% of the advance will be returned if the cancellation is notified up to 30 days before the arrival date and 50% between 30 days and 5 days before the arrival date. No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs 5 days before the arrival date.
Presentation:
- The client who does not appear on the scheduled day and has not duly notified it, will result in the CANCELLATION of the reservation.
